This private chalet sits right on Loon. Just go up past the gondola. The chalet is located in a peaceful neighborhood of some of the area's finest homes, and surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The Pemigawasset river runs along the mountain. Loon mountain is just off the beautiful Kancgamangus Highway. 

Abutting the national forest for great hiking. Take a five-minute walk to the base of Loon for year-round activities or Gondola rides. In the winter, the ski shuttle bus stops right out the door seven days a week. December through March, all day long--7:30 am to 5:00 pm. No hassles dealing with parking. 

You can enjoy some of the best New England skiing. Loon, home of the Threedom Pass. Some other great white mountain activities and attractions are hiking, mountain climbing, snowmobiling, river sports, water parks, sight seeing...too many to list them all. Membership to Mountain club: where guests enjoy the heated Pool, Hot tub, Spa and Fitness center. All in just a short five-minute walk or take the shuttle. Plenty of great restaurants a family favorite of our is "The Common Man". Lots of ski entertainment at Loon as well as year-round entertainment at several locations throughout the area.

The chalet offers two units or one large unit. Boasting a glass front to take full advantage of the glorious white mountain views. Three bedrooms plus a loft with bunk, two baths. Sleeps ten or more in beds. Two baths, cathedral ceilings. Open concept living, dining rooms and kitchen to take advantage of the great views! Warm up after your great day outdoors by the fieldstone fireplace. Ski storage and TVs, DVDs, video games, board games and more. 

Two-bedroom unit, one bath sleeps eight. Also has great view. Full kitchen, dining room, cozy feel, stone fireplaced living room. Great ski storage and dressing area. Units can be rented together for large group enjoyment. The chalet is charmingly-decorated with comfortable furnishings, nice antiques; giving guests a warm, comfortable mountain-lodge feel.
